Melody Vachal, owner of Rise with Melody Vachal and Co-owner of Arise Cares, joins host Ken Haglind on “Living Healthy and Aging Well” to discuss her experience as a caregiver.

Melody has 30 years of experience as a family caregiver and 35 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist. She co-founded Arise Cares in 2000 to provide a better care option for her own son and others. She founded Rise with Melody Vachal in 2019 to support caregivers through speaking and coaching. Melody is also the bestselling author of Still, I Rise: A Guise to Navigating the Caregiver Journey.
