Christa Rymal, Founder and Executive Director of WeCare is delighted to join host Ken Haglind on the “Living Healthy and Aging Well” radio show to talk about her mission to support the health and wellbeing of our healthcare worker force. In this episode, Christa will talk about her experiences and background as a nurse, hospital administrator and entrepreneur. This fall Christa and her team will launch WeCare, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive wellbeing care to our healthcare workforce. This occurs by offering holistic workshops, modern continuing medical education conferences, immersive retreats, and professional membership opportunities. In addition, we offer products and services that support whole person wellbeing. Improving our healthcare workforce’s own wellbeing ensures we achieve better outcomes for both patients and professionals.
