Alec Wendelboe, Education & Community Outreach Coordinator, and Bradley Donaldson, Chief Operations Officer and incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance and Minnesota Stroke Association, join host Ken Haglind on Living Healthy and Aging Well to discuss their organizations’ free and comprehensive services available to brain injury and stroke survivors across Minnesota. The Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance was founded in 1984, and in 2010, the Alliance expanded its reach by incorporating the Minnesota Stroke Association, ensuring cohesive support for both brain injury and stroke communities.

Alec Wendelboe, with a background in neuroscience and multiple family members with brain injury, will highlight the statewide impact of their educational and outreach programs. Together, they will discuss the challenges survivors face and the initiatives their organizations provide.
Tune in to hear stories of resilience, learn how the Alliance and Association are transforming lives, and discover how you can support their mission to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for brain injury and stroke survivors.
